Why should your e-business be set up with a merchant account? After all, not too long ago the ability to shop via online using your credit card was a novelty. However, now with the scores of e-businesses and a consumer more used to shopping on the Internet, making purchases over the computer is a part of normal life. That’s why it’s hard to understand why there are still e-stores owners operating that don’t give their customers merchant services. A recent study indicated that a shopping site that doesn’t accept payments online is viewed as less legitimate; like there is something wrong with a company that doesn’t take credit cards.
