Prior learning may have occurred through on-the-job experiences, professional workshops, non-credited classes at business or technical schools, volunteer activities, personal study or a vocational pursuit. At many schools, the method that helps students to earn college credit for these cases, are called “CREDIT FOR PRIOR LEARNING.”
